RETURNS / EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with the purchase, you can return the goods for an exchange or a refund according to the following terms:
- Upon receipt of the goods, contact Luna Cosmetici for the exchange, by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Goods can be refunded, via the payment method originally used, provided they are returned to us in a resalable condition and accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and label.
-Shipping will take place with the courier of your choice, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
-Returns and exchanges cannot be made in stores that sell our products.
EXPECTED TIMES FOR RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
Once the return has been received, it may take up to 7 working days for the credit to appear on the statement of the card used for payment.
BROKEN OR DEFECTIVE GOODS
If you believe that the goods are defective, damaged or do not correspond to the description provided on our site, send an e-mail to email@example.com, we will arrange for any refunds or exchanges.
